TD bank statement PDF to CSV

EasyWeb will happily give your client a PDF and nothing else — especially on a closed account, a one-off historical month, or a chequing product whose feed never landed in QBO. Retyping Withdrawals / Deposits / Balance is how a “quick TD file” becomes Thursday night.

Drop the text-based statement here. LedgerDrop reads the table in this browser, maps dates and amounts into an editable grid, and checks opening + credits − debits against closing (one-cent tolerance) before you download CSV.

Use the TD chequing fixture if you want to see a PASS without a client file. Scanned printouts and password PDFs are out of scope in v0 — no paid OCR.

FAQ

Does this work on EasyWeb chequing PDFs?

Text-layer PDFs with Date / Description / Withdrawals / Deposits / Balance usually extract. Load the TD fixture on this page to see the shape we target.

What about TD Visa or a pretty branded statement?

If you can highlight the numbers with your cursor, try it and fix leftover rows in the grid. Image-only or heavily graphic PDFs will fail until OCR exists.

Is the statement uploaded?

No. Parsing is client-side. We do not keep the PDF on a server in v0.

Always verify before importing into your books. LedgerDrop does not post to QBO, file taxes, or claim a 99.9% extraction rate on every TD layout.
